Who Can Join?

Any person, business or group that is actively involved in the West Australian plastering industry in a professional capacity can apply for membership. This includes:

  • Plastering employees, contractors and subcontractors
  • Building companies, designers and architects
  • Suppliers and manufacturers
  • Industry training providers
  • Industry and business associations

This structure ensures that all facets of the solid plastering industry are catered for, from trades person right through to manufacturer. It also allows the West Australian Solid Plastering Association to provide members with a substantial network of industry resources.

Membership Types

The Association has five types of membership, these being:

General Membership

General membership is for individuals who wish to enjoy all the benefits provided by the Association. General members have full voting rights in accordance with the Association's charter.

Corporate Membership

Corporate members also enjoy the full range of benefits. Corporate membership allows a business to grant their employees access to WASPA's full range of services at a comparatively reduced rate. Corporate members also have full voting rights in accordance with the Association's charter.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is for individuals and businesses who wish to access the Association's range of services but do not require voting rights.

Honorary Membership

Honorary membership is available by invitation, for businesses and individuals that provide substantial benefits to the solid plastering industry.

Life Membership

From time to time, West Australian Solid Plastering Association also bestows life membership to general members for meritorious service.
